CAMPANIA REGION
Non-repayable contribution up to 70% for incentives for the purchase of support services for internationalization.
The Campania Region makes resources available to support Campania’s Micro and SME’s with the aim of widening the audience of recipients of intervention policies in the field of internationalization. In this perspective, this Notice is aimed at supporting the process of internationalization of the regional production system, through the provision of facilities, in the form of capital grants, for internationalization programs carried out by Micro and SME, individually or in association, representing the regional sectors, primarily those falling within the areas of RIS3 Campania and those identified in the Pact for the development of Campania, reported in the Regional Strategic Plan for Internationalization.
WHO CAN SUBMIT THE APPLICATION
The recipients are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, individually or associated in networks of companies with legal personality (network-subject), networks of companies without legal personality (network-contract), consortia, consortium companies.
At the date of submission of the application for access to the facility, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Have an operating office for which the intervention is intended in Campania;
be regularly enrolled in the Register of Companies of the C.C.I.A.A. competent for the territory;
exercise, in relation to the headquarters or local unit for which the application is submitted, an economic activity identified as prevalent (ATECO 2007 code) falling within one of the sectors allowed by the de minimis Regulation;
To be in order with the obligations related to the payment of social security and welfare contributions in favor of workers;
be in the full and free exercise of their rights, be active and not be subject or have been subject, in the five years prior to the submission of the application, to voluntary liquidation, compulsory liquidation, bankruptcy, arrangement with creditors (except for the arrangement with continuity of business) and any other insolvency proceedings, or have in progress proceedings for the declaration of one of these situations;
have the capacity to contract or have not been subject to a prohibition order or other sanction that entails the prohibition to contract with the Public Administration;
not have Directors and/or Legal Representatives who have been convicted with a sentence that has become final not have Directors and/or Legal Representatives who have been guilty of false declarations in dealings with the Public Administration.
WHAT TO FINANCE
The Internationalization Programs must provide for the realization of interventions included in the types indicated below:
Participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions;
Incoming of foreign operators at the headquarters of the company in Campania;
Bilateral meetings between Italian and foreign operators, workshops and seminars abroad or in Italy;
Temporary use (maximum 12 months) of offices and/or exhibition halls abroad;
Communication actions;
Specialist support.
Type of eligible expenditure
a. Participation in international fairs and salons This type of expenditure includes expenses relating to:
rental of exhibition space, including any registration costs, charges and fixed rights, according to the rules of the fair event;
inclusion in the catalog of the exhibition event;
setting up and maintenance of exhibition spaces (including cleaning, porterage and connection to electricity, internet, water etc.)
hostess and interpreting services;
production of promotional and informative material to be used at the fair or international exhibition and strictly related to the fair/international exhibition itself (e.g. catalogs and/or brochures in foreign languages, product data sheets in foreign languages, etc.);
transport services (including any insurance charges) for promotional and information materials;
transport services (including any insurance charges) for specific samples to be used as part of the international trade fair/exhibition, including specific samples used for demonstrations of artisan processing phases for promotional purposes.
b. Incoming of foreign operators at the Campania headquarters of the beneficiary This category includes only expenses related to travel and accommodation of operators from the target country / countries.
c. Bilateral meetings between Italian and foreign operators, workshops and seminars abroad or in Italy.
This category includes expenses relating to:
Rental of premises, in Italy or abroad, intended for the realization of the event;
Rental of equipment and instruments, for the time necessary for the realization of the event;
Production of information materials for promotional purposes (expenses related to the creation, editing, graphics and printing of catalogs, brochures and / or press kits in the language of the target country or in English);
Registration fee for the event, if not organized by the applicant.
d. Temporary use (maximum 12 months) of offices and/or exhibition halls abroad This category includes expenses related to:
Rental of premises abroad for offices, co-working spaces, exhibition halls and/or meeting point environments;
Hire of equipment and instruments for the setting up of premises abroad for offices, co-working spaces, exhibition rooms and/or meeting point environments;
Transport (including insurance charges) of specific samples to be used exclusively in exhibition halls abroad.
e. Communication actions, This category includes expenses relating to:
Creation of websites, portals and other web-based environments in the language of the target country(ies) or in English aimed exclusively at promotional activities (expenses related to the creation of e-commerce websites/platforms are not eligible);
Implementation of web marketing activities aimed at target markets;
Communication and advertising actions on international markets.
f. Specialized support, Included in this typology are the expenses related to:
search for foreign operators/partners aimed at entering new foreign markets or expanding presence in foreign markets;
legal advice regarding international contracts, including contractual studies aimed at alliances abroad;
legal consultancy inherent to the registration of industrial rights (trademarks and patents) abroad;
tax consultancy on aspects relating to corporate taxation in international contexts;
customs consulting on technical, legislative and procedural aspects related to the Internationalization Program;
realization of feasibility studies for the development of commercial networks abroad;
consultancy for foreign product certifications (with the exclusion of expenses related to the Certifying Body);
elaboration of Marketing Plans for internationalization related to the Internationalization Program;
Design and creation of brands for penetration into foreign markets.
FUNDING
The budget is equal to € 15,000,000.00
Projects presented by MPMI in single form: Grant equal to 70% of eligible expenses and in any case up to a maximum of € 150,000.00;
Projects presented by Temporary Aggregations (Contract Networks): Grant equal to 70% of eligible expenses and in any case up to a maximum of 150,000.00 Euros for each participating MPMI and 500,000.00 Euros for the entire Internationalization Program.
